Digital Design Associate
We are looking to appoint our first Associate with a specific focus on Digital Design. In this role, you will work with all of The Cognition Company’s technology partner companies, with the aim of using insights and methods from design to improve the user interface and experience of their apps and platforms.
You will supplement these design improvements with insights from behavioural science (working alongside specialist colleagues to do so), with a particular focus on how to encourage behavioural change in the use of these platforms.

Research Associate – Statistics
We are looking to appoint a Research Associate specialising in Statistics who would likely join the team while completing a PhD in a relevant field or undertaking post-doctoral research. In this role, you would be expected to support the analysis, experimental design, and literature reviews we undertake as part of our ongoing partnerships with the companies we work with.
Given our deep roots within academia, wherever possible we will try to align our projects with your research interests. We strongly encourage academic research and will support you in converting your work with us into academic publications.
